Wat zijn de verzendkosten?
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the return form that came with the package. Make sure to include all the information requested on the form, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the form is complete, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that was also included with the package. Place the package in an appropriate shipping box and be sure to take the package to the post office or a courier service as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Al onze sieraden zijn nikkelvrij. Wij kunnen niet garanderen dat een sieraad geen metalen bevat die mogelijk een allergische reactie oproepen.
Hoe onderhoud ik mijn sieraden?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Kan ik een sieraad als cadeau laten inpakken?
Ja, alle bestellingen verpakken wij automatisch als cadeau. Mochten er aparte cadeaus bij je bestelling zitten, kan je dit aangeven bij de opmerkingen.

Kan ik online bestellen en in de winkel ophalen?
Ja, dat kan, dit kun je aangeven bij het plaatsen van je bestelling.
Kan ik betalen met een VVV cadeaubon?
Ja, kies bij betaalmethode voor VVV Cadeaukaart. Vervolgens dien je het 19-cijferige kaartnummer (of online cadeaucode) en de pincode (die zich onder de kraslaag op de achterkant van de kaart bevindt, danwel in de e-mail van de online cadeaucode) in te vullen.
Is je orderbedrag hoger dan het tegoed op je VVV Cadeaukaart? Dan kan je met iDEAL het resterende bedrag bijbetalen.
Je kunt afrekenen met je VVV Cadeaukaart/Online cadeaucode tot een maximum van € 50,- aan cadeaukaart tegoed. Als het tegoed op de kaart minder is dan het aankoopbedrag of de wettelijke limiet van € 50,- overschrijdt dan kun je het resterende bedrag met iDeal voldoen.
