Warranty & complaints
Even though we work with brands that guarantee good quality, you may still have a complaint. In that case, we will handle the following:
- Treatment is only possible with proof of purchase and, if obtained, a warranty certificate.
- The warranty period depends on the brand and may therefore vary.
- An article is always sent to the supplier for assessment.
- We cannot process complaints arising from incorrect use or failure to observe the care instructions.
- Discoloration, damage or breakage of the jewelry due to the buyer's carelessness or negligence are not covered by the warranty.

Care advice
Your jewelry is crafted with dedication. You've carefully selected it and want to enjoy it for years to come.
Therefore, do not wear it while sleeping, showering, exercising, gardening or similar activities.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, hairspray, and body lotion, among other things. This will keep your jewelry looking beautiful longer.
The acidity of your skin can cause discoloration of your jewelry over time. All our jewelry is nickel-free. We cannot guarantee that a piece of jewelry does not contain metals that could cause an allergic reaction.
If earrings don't close properly anymore, it's because you've pressed the stud too hard. You can easily fix this by using your thumbnail to push the stud up a little until the earring clicks again. See the video on our Instagram @pracht_nl.
