Yes, all orders are gift-wrapped by default. If there are separate gifts in your order, you can indicate this in the comments in your shopping cart.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands:

Shipping is free from €50 (PostNL Track & Trace shipping)
For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.95 (PostNL Track & Trace shipping)
We aim to ship orders placed before 4:00 PM on the same day (except Saturdays & Sundays)

Shipping outside the Netherlands:

Standard shipping costs €9.95 (Track & Trace Shipping)

What material are the jewels made of?

Because we sell different brands, the jewelry is also made of different materials. The material can also be found in the product specifications. Think of stainless steel, sterling silver gold plated, brass plated, sterling silver and 14 carat gold.

Are the jewelry nickel-free or hypoallergenic?

All our jewelry is nickel-free. However, we cannot guarantee that a piece of jewelry does not contain metals that may cause an allergic reaction, as this can vary per person.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes, that is possible. You can indicate this when placing your order.
