If the order is not to your satisfaction, you can return the item within 14 days. You can do this according to the instructions on the return form you will receive with your order. The return form must be included in the package.
Returns are subject to the following conditions.

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, with original labels/tags.

For hygienic reasons, earrings can only be returned in unopened packaging.

We only accept correctly packed shipments.

Items must be returned unused and unworn.

Shipping costs and risk for returns are for your own account. Articles received by registered mail must also be returned by registered mail.

Have you received your article damaged, or have we delivered you the wrong article, we will refund you the shipping costs.

In case of return we will refund the purchase amount within 7 days.
Return Policy Physical Shop
Pracht.nl does not give refunds in the physical store (this is indicated on the purchase receipt). However, you can exchange the product for something else, or the amount will be put on a gift card if there is no choice. Products purchased on clearance cannot be exchanged (this will be stated on the purchase receipt).
If you regret your purchase you can sometimes exchange or return the product. If you bought something in a regular store, the seller may choose whether you can exchange it. Many stores allow you to exchange a purchase within a certain amount of time. But this is not always allowed. In a regular store, exchanging is not a right. The seller may choose whether to accept it. A seller in an ordinary store is not obliged to take back a product if you don't want it anyway. (Source: Consuwijzer.nl)
When we started Pracht.nl in 2006, we always gave refunds on returns. When we discovered that a piece of jewelry was bought for a party and then returned we decided to stop this service.
